The services offering free equipment promotion require a 6-month subscription. Early-termination will be fined at the value of selected equipment.
For the service with free equipment promotion, changing to service not free equipment within the first 6 months of subscription will be fined at the value of selected equipment.
In case that the customers installed the system by themselves, the company will deliver the equipment and collect the service fees according to the chart. However, there will be no delivery charge for delivers within Bangkok and its vicinity.
In case that the customer want to upgrade from USB Modem to Router Modem, the amount of 500 Baht will be added to the bill and 2,500 baht for Router Wireless Modem.
Free 30 hours of dial-up Internet are provided while waiting for ADSL equipment installation. The free hours will end automatically once the installation has completed. If you wish to continue using dial-up Internet as well as ADSL, the company charge on the extra use of the dial-up Internet as specified in the price list.
CS LoxInfo will not accept the return of equipment and not replace any equipment after delivery, except our Technical Support certifies that its defect has occurred by manufacturer.
The installation fee above does not apply to installation at location outside Bangkok and its vicinity area even though online number with prefix (02). It depends upon agreement between customer and installer.
"Use free for one month" for service DSL-UPC LITE- ADC 256, 512, 1024 If you start during the month, We will charge you per day after installation completed. Then we will give you "one month free of charge" for the following month. The monthly fee will be charged as normal on the 3rd month
