      • 8 * 5 Call Support ( 8 hours on 5 working days )
      • User can call to team support for asking about server’s question

Installation Period

  • Totally 5 working days
    • 4 working days for pre-install system at CSL office
    • 1 working day for implement completed system at customer site
      • Verify all server features
      • Verify server functions can work properly under customer environment
  • System Migration will be considered case by case

1. Scope of work for Web server on Microsoft Windows

Hardware requirements (Minimum requirements)

  • Processor: Intel Pentium III+
  • RAM: 256 Megabytes
  • Hard disk: Depend on the size of contents and any additional software including components, plus 4 Gigabytes reserving for OS and system overhead (may be justify by OS recommendations)
  • 100 Mbps LAN card

Software requirements

  • Operating System (OS)
  • MS Windows: 2000/2003 with service pack or any update patches
  • Web service
  • MS Windows: Internet Information Service (only version that’s compatible with OS version)
  • FTP service

2. Scope of work for Web server on Linux

     This web server will provides HTTP services in sync with the current HTTP standards by using the Apache HTTP server which is open-source HTTP server for Unix operating system. And Linux (Slackware or RedHat) is selected to be operating system for this web server. This server will provide secure shell for administrator log in to server and FTP account for upload or download webpage.

     This mail application runs on Microsoft Windows server so customers have to own Microsoft product (Operating System) and Microsoft Exchange version that provides mail service.

  • RAM: 1 GB
  • Hard disk: Depend on the size of contents and any additional software including components, plus 4 Gigabytes reserving for OS and system overhead or justify by OS recommendations

  • MS Windows: 2003 with service pack or any update patches
  • MS Exchange 2003

4. Scope of work for Mail Server by Sendmail

     This mail server will be set to use POP and IMAP in retrieving e-mails from mail server. With system specification below, server will be able to maintain maximum 5,000 mailbox accounts. However the increasing or decreasing of server resources can make the system scalable.

Hardware requirements (Minimum requirement)

  • Processor : Intel 4 plus
  • Ram : 512 Megabytes
  • Hard disk : Depend on the number of anticipated mailbox accounts multiplied by the maximum size allowed for mailboxes, plus 30% for system overhead
  • LAN Card
