You can subscribe to WEB3 by faxing the order form to Customer Service at 0-2263-8266 together with your payment confirmation. The subscription should be made before your Internet kit expires. The WEB3 order form is available at Customer Service.

Current subscribers throughout Thailand

You can change your subscription to WEB3. Please contact Customer Service at 0-2263-8222 for a copy of the order form.

Greater Bangkok Subscribers

• Payment by credit card:
  Simply fill your credit card number in the WEB3 order form.

• Payment by cheque:
  Mail your cheque to Customer Service with the WEB3 order form.

• Payment in cash:
  Cash payment is acceptable at Customer Service at our main office.

Provincial Subscribers

• Payment by credit card:
  Fill your credit card number in the WEB3 order form and fax to Customer Service at 0-2263-8266.

• To maintain your current Internet account, please purchase the refill before using up all your access time.
• If you have used up all your access time and wish to maintain your current Internet account, please purchase the refill within one month otherwise the account will be deleted from our database and you will have to apply as a new subscriber.
• The refill you have purchased cannot be exchanged for money to pay for any other CS LoxInfo service.
• CS LoxInfo reserves the right to delete your Internet account from our database in the event your account expires or you fail to refill your account within one month.
