The first monthly-fee payment will be made on the equipment delivery date.

In upcountry areas, the installation fee is dependent upon an agreement between the customer and the installer.

Additional IP addresses are not available.

Subscription with free equipment promotion requires a one-year agreement. Early termination will cost the subscriber a penalty fee equivalent to value of router modem, 1,500 baht, not including VAT 7%.

We reserve the right not to return and refund equipment after subscriber has signed on equipment acceptance form, except equipment damage is proved that caused by its manufacturer.

Domain name registration is available at the following rate: domain .com .net .org costs 900 baht/1 year, domain .co.th costs 1,500 baht/2 years. All prices do not include Vat 7%. Server setting will be subject to an extra charge.

The Applicant agrees to receive Internet Access Services with below qualifications and monthly services fee.In case that the applicant does not inform the service cancellation in written in not less than 30 days in advance to the Company,the service will be automatically continued
