CS LoxInfo reports a net profit of Baht 119 million or 0.21 Baht/share 
Bangkok, Thailand – 14 May 2008 – CS LoxInfo (CSL) announced its first quarter 2008 revenue of Baht 643 million and a consolidated net profit of Baht 66 million. However, the dividend now is paid from the stand-alone financial statement, of which this quarter CSL reported a net profit of Baht 119 million or 0.21 Baht/share comprising a stand-alone net profit of Baht 33 million and dividend received of Baht 86 million.
CSL was able to maintain its previous performance in both its internet and YellowPages businesses for the first quarter. Net profit grew 57% from the previous quarter due to efficiencies in cost and expense management, while this quarter’s revenue is roughly equivalent to that of the previous quarter.
With regard to shareholders’ wealth management in the form of capital reduction, the Company expects the legal process can be completed by the end of June 2008. Prior to the closing date for the cash return, the Company will announce through the SET, the X-Right date for shareholders to receive their cash return.
