Terms and Conditions :(Home, SME, Corporate)

1. Prices above is  exclude  VAT  7 %
2. This is a one year contract and will be automatically renewed under the same terms and conditions until a request for cancellation from the customer is received. In the case that the customer wishes to cancel before the first year agreement is completed, the penalty fee as equivalent to two months of the service fee will be charged, plus a removal fee of 3,000 baht.
3. Prices above include IPSTAR equipment rental fee. The IPSTAR equipment remains the property of CS Loxinfo Therefore the company reserves the right to remove all equipment after cancellation has been made.
4. The company reserves the right not to refund the installation fee and services charges once the customer has signed for acceptance on the installation form.
5. Installation fee includes two 20-meter RG 6 cables. Additional length is charged at 25 baht per meter. This price does not include construction of concrete support platform.  Please note that customers living off the Thai mainland are required to pay the boat fare and other incidental travel expenses for the installation technicians.
6. STAR Express is the broadband Internet access via satellite designed to allocate the downlink (receive) channel larger than uplink (transmit) channel with a shared bandwidth.  Therefore, it is not ideal for some applications such as setting up for Web Server or Mail Server which requires more data transmission than data reception or some applications that requires continuous transmission large amount of data such as CCTV, VDO Conference, Streaming Server (VDO and Audio), etc.  These applications would affect the overall speed of your Internet connections.
7. In case that whenever the monthly Internet usage by the customer exceeds the package allowance, CSLoxinfo reserves the right to automatically reduce the transmission speed by 50%. For example, 256/128Kbps package would be reduced to 128/64Kbps.   However, when the next month starts, the transmission speed will bounce back to the normal speed as subscribed.
8. Customers are required to provide details of each email account that they require on a separate form, which should be sent together with the application form when email accounts are needed. Once all free email accounts have been assigned, additional accounts can be purchased but not replaced.
9. CSLoxinfo reserves the right to restrain/adjust/cancel/any service in case that unusual large amount of data transmission or misuse of the subscribed package is detected.

11. More information for STAR Express Service

High speed Internet access service ideal for medium to large organizations requiring Dedicated Link with full control of the Internet.  The transmission is asymmetric for both uplink and downlink.  Therefore, it is best for simultaneous Internet connections with multiple PCs* using various applications or set ups such as Web Server, Mail Server, CCTV, Video Conference and etc.
* Note : The speed of the internet depends on the number of PC connected to the network and size of bandwidth the customer subscribes.

Installation fee start at 3,000 Baht in Bangkok (including Pathumthani, Samutprakan, Nonthaburi) and provincial capitals (Ampur Muang) through out Thailand. The company/Dealer reserved the right to collected additional other than the standard installation such as boat trip to the island.This does not include  the installation fee for the wireless router
